🐞 (UX) - "Ledger disconnected" popup flash for a while when we opening app on Ledger

Description

This is kind of a minor bug/glitch but it's kind of uncomfortable one ;p

When we have a popup "Open Ledger app" and we click on ledger to open one, there is a slight glitch where Bloom displays "Ledger disconnected" prompt for a second and then closes. While I understand technically why it happens, it looks a bit weird like an error for typical end user.

Expected behaviour

It would be great to delay that ledger disconnected popup for 1 second or so so it doesn't flash that rapidly for user
