When looking at the README.md, I was left wondering how to get the output that's shown below:

 --------------------------------------- ------------------ ------- ------------------------
resource type name count emissions per instance
 --------------------------------------- ------------------ ------- ------------------------
  google_compute_instance_group_manager my-group-manager 3 0.5568 gCO2eq/h
  google_compute_network vpc_network unsupported
  google_compute_subnetwork first unsupported
 --------------------------------------- ------------------ ------- ------------------------
                                          Total 3 1.6704 gCO2eq/h
 --------------------------------------- ------------------ ------- ------------------------

I assumed that there would be a flag such as carbonifer plan -type to show this but I can't seem to find a mention of this, it would be good to include how to get this output for those that are interested in this format such as myself.
