[Docs] Add how to print out types as shown in README.md

When looking at the README.md, I was left wondering how to get the output that's shown below:

I assumed that there would be a flag such as carbonifer plan -type to show this but I can't seem to find a mention of this, it would be good to include how to get this output for those that are interested in this format such as myself.
