Hi Carlos, found this project that you have developed for Esphome and have it running in demo mode with template sensor for internal temperatures.

Would like to understand what is the reason to have 2 custom PID controllers configured?

If you have some free time to put together a couple of sentences of the design that will give an understanding of the project.

Are you running the smoker controller on your pellet grill and what is your experience with it?
