Add support for non-med order types to be used with order-select

If the Rx View tab is switched to invoke order-select (#74), a logical next step would be the ability to invoke it using other order types. In the Argonaut space, a key order type to start with would be ServiceRequest for radiology orders.

Received a question over Zulip about support for lab orders and wanted to amend this issue.

The PAMA Imaging tab was created specifically to meet a short timeline around being able to test Argonaut guidance - https://github.com/argonautproject/cds-hooks-for-pama. Having separate tabs for separate order types (Rx View, PAMA Imaging, other) isn't scalable long-term and doesn't reflect the fact that EHRs today allow multiple order types from the same screen. The RxView tab should be updated/renamed to reflect general ordering with support for additional order types, starting with ServiceRequest.
