bug: Android app keeps getting logged out after device network status change #769
Comments
Actually, not just 'network status' trigger, but it seems to be happening on an adhoc basis as well. After a few hours of usage, the app just logs out by itself! |
It's been 10 days since this bug was reported, and there's not even an acknowledgment/resolution/feedback for it! |
@arladmin We have investigated this issue and were unable to replicate it using both our cloud and self-hosted versions. If possible, could you please share a screencast? We also suggest checking the behavior on an iPhone, if available, or using other accounts on an Android phone. |
@muhsin-k Why could that be? |
? |
I'm having the same problem aswell with the primary account and self-host environment |

Describe the bug
Every time the mobile device's network status changes, the android app loses its config data, and gets logged out.
Also, probably, this happens only in the cases where the app is set up to connect to a self-hosted instance of Chatwoot.
To Reproduce
Expected behavior
A change in the device's network status should have absolutely no effect on the app's saved config.
