Send transcripts to customer on App

I could send transcripts by email to customers after conversation on computer (web page), but I can't do this on iPhone, this is not convenient when away from keyboard.

I suppose that "send transcripts by email" is important because we do need offline reply messages when the customers are away, you can't confirm that they have read your messages or not.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

1. Add an option button "send conversation transcript to customer" beside the chat window (on mobile app) during chatting or after resolved.
2. Add an option "send conversation transcript to customer" in Automation and Macros. We can only "send conversation transcript to" specified email address in Automation and Macros.
