Allow overriding destination in test env

This is related to #411

Would it be possible to add the ability to specify the destination for the dropdown even in the testing environment?

We have code that relies on the content to render specifically in the #ember-basic-dropdown-wormhole div, but that breaks in tests because now our dropdown content renders somewhere completely different.
