📝 Provide a description of the improvement

A use case:

  • A user opens the emoji balloon.
  • Then, select a tab.
  • Then, insert emoji.
  • Then, reopen the UI to insert more emoji from the same category.

Unfortunately, the current implementation does not select a category that was chosen before closing the UI.
