Describe the Bug

no redirect uri set! when i authenticate using npx wrangler login , i had set it manualy to to get the callback code

https://dash.cloudflare.com/oauth/consent-form?consent_challenge=blahblah [gives this]

https://dash.cloudflare.com/oauth/consent-form?consent_challenge=blahblah&redirect_uri= [it need to be like this]

Please provide any relevant error logs
