The page that lists all packages: https://www.stackage.org/package with their latest versions and snapshots that version is in is extremely expensive and does not seem to be that useful. Considering that there are some performance issues lately with stackage.org (see #295) I suggested we disable this page.
However if anyone feels like such a page is indeed useful, please consider contributing some pagination functionality for that page in order to make it bearable.
