Describe the bug
a customer ordered on application with the name of the city as the only address coordinate
this situation should not be possible

Expected behavior
an address without a street or number must be refused with a mention of the problem

This is the first time this has happened to us.

This situation happens very often on ubereats

To know if it is a precise address, we ask google to give suggestions, and it returns things that we filter. We arent filtering out this.
