Why don't the orders in history show up without having to search for them?

@tmkloster by default the dashboard and the customer page, looks at open orders only first. To see shipped / booked / history one has to search. However, we could discuss changing to also include shipped and booked orders if they are within a given time range.

I think that would be a good idea. Like maybe for the last 60 days ??? Show all orders in that section.
