Imported .torrents stuck in "Pausing" state

Hello.

I have reinstalled this container from scratch 3 times, and somehow I keep ending up in a position where my migrated torrents I am trying to import get stuck in a "pausing" state when I try to start them. New downloads work correctly, but any torrents that I migrated and hash checked will not start. I changed the download path of all imported torrents, which is how I was able to hash check them all. They all checked to 100%, aside from 2, but neither the 100% or ~90% checked torrents will do anything but sit at "pausing." Any help that can be shared on what I might be missing would be greatly appreciated. If I need to collect additional logs, please let me know.🙏

• Ubuntu Server 22.04.3 LTS running on real hardware, Docker version 24.0.5, build ced0996, latest crazy-max image
• I am using the example compose.yml, with the adjusted shutdown timer to 30s, and launching compose with sudo
• chmod 777'd main docker directory & media/ directories (for troubleshooting), but no change in behavior
• reading and writing from rtorrent work correctly when I add a new .torrent file, but not when I try to import and hash check an old file that I migrated

Commenting out the line below in my rtorrent.rc fixed this issue.
