How to use this container to salvage an old rtorrent disk

A power outage fried my RPi microsd with my rtorrent/rutorrent installation.
All of the data was on an external /dev/sda disk which survived.
I have mounted the old disk under/srv/rtorrent and it has the

download
.session
watch
log 

directories owned by my bob:bob user

Of course the important ones are the download and .session ones hopig to resume my previous seeding.

Can anyone please help me understand which docker-compose.yml volumes to bind on which host directories and how to have rtorrent run as bob:bob ?
