We have been using the 3rd party app MultCloud to automate backups from Flickr (and GD) to S3. We have never attempted a restoration from S3 to Flickr which should be completed in the case that it is necessary.

Test restoration from S3 to Flickr as migration path and identify any changes to backup protocol to ease or facilitate the process
