Agenda and Notes

1. Dapr graduation proposal. Consider Dapr for graduation starting this year 2023 for graduation in 2024. @yaron2 https://github.com/cncf/toc/blob/main/process/graduation_criteria.md#graduation-stage. Discuss this in more detail at the Sept STC meeting.
   Meeting Note: Yaron presented on the graduation criteria and the goals. STC voted and there was unanimous agreement to proceed with raising a graduation proposal. Next steps are @yaron2 and @msfussell will raise a proposal in the TOC CNCF repo

2. STC Elections coming up - To be Held in Nov 2023. @yaron2

   @yaron2 - Presented on the Dapr STC election process. Need to find at least 2 Election Coordinator officials to oversee the process. Have suggestions for people that @yaron2 will reach out to

3. Dapr Website refresh - @msfussell
   @msfussell presented on the proposed changes to the Dapr website with new graphics and text. The goal is to have the final site complete by 16th Oct. Will present the final site at the Oct STC meeting

4. Proposal for a sig-build. See Proposal for sig-build: a new SIG to focus on tooling for building and releasing Dapr #320 - STC to review @yaron2
   Proposed that this is reviewed offline before the next STC meeting

5. Talk briefly about Actors state stores we want to support and why. @paulyuk
   @paulyuk - Discussed that there are differences between actor state stores that need to be documented in particular some state stores like CosmosDB cannot handle the load of actor updates from workflow and this will have consequences for scale. This needs to be documented
