Add test condition using ref

Hello, I am setting up a test that should throw a warning if the transaction date isn't within a certain time frame but on top of this, I want to add an additional condition saying if the transaction status is confirmed, it should pass the test but the transaction status is coming from a different table. I am not sure how to configure this. Please help if someone worked with this scenario before
