Currently the logic regarding what responses constitutes a failure are hidden within the strategy and each could do it differently.

I want to give people the ability to customise the failure logic and it be supported in all strategies.

EM::HttpRequest.use EM::CircuitBreaker do |headers, body|
  headers.status == 200 ? :pass : :fail
end
