how to integrate ale and ycm? I don't want to run two tsserver in the background at the same time

I use both ycm and ale. When I close ycm's diagnostic and use ale for my react project, I find my vim offen blocked, when I use top command, I find there two tsservr process run in the background and take's a alot of cpu, my project.

the above is ycm's tsserver and the other is ale's.
how to run only one tsserver for both ycm and ale?
