Feature request: 12 hour format option for timeline view

[REQUIRED] Describe the feature you'd like:

Ability to display the time interval labels using an AM/PM style 12 hour format instead of the current 24 hour time format.

[OPTIONAL] Describe alternatives you've considered:

Getting used to 24 hour time formatting.

[OPTIONAL] Additional context:

Admittedly this comes down to personal preference and is not of urgent importance, but for many users, I would imagine it would help from both a utilitarian and aesthetic perspective.
