IP-Lists and custom tasks are lost when upgrading

Permanent Ban list auto backup & restore is required for an update or reinstall.

perhaps this should be posted on the main page? (backup before updating to retain banlist)

to prevent people from updating, only to realize after the fact that they shouldve backed up, lol

Ah crap, just upgraded, and now everything's gone.
The firewall ip list is out of sync with the evlwatcher's (now empty) list.
