Russian translation team

Hey guys,

It's great to see you are making a lot of progress. That's very nice :)

I just wanted to open an issue as I invited @El-lin to the translation team.
I think the best way to go is to distribute the workload over multiple people, so let me know if you find more motivated Russian-speaking D enthusiasts (or are one yourself and reading this).

In any other case, you can also use this issue in case you have any other question.

Last but not least I have added the russian submodule to the main repo and once you merge #5 all listed pages will be visible on e.g. http://tour.dlang.org/tour/ru/welcome/welcome-to-d. New commits will automatically be deployed to our tour ;-)
