The library should be installed and tested using CMake.

I can make this one, it was on my radar for some time anyway, since the project I'm using scalr in, is to be converted from qmake to cmake.

UPD: Oh, I see it's already there. Thanks!

Feel free to experiment with CPack, FetchContent or other advanced CMake features if you need them. I didn't use these feaures extensively so don't know what could be useful there.
