Description

To use sby, which is part of the nix-based OpenLane2 installation, we need yices-smt2.

Proposal

Please add this to the nix configuartion.

OpenLane only pulls what constituent steps need. Yices is a simple enough add-- for now, after your nix-shell/nix develop you can just invoke nix shell github:efabless/nix-eda#yices to create a new shell with both OpenLane and Yices.

Adding yices as an sby dependency would take place in the nix-eda repository, so I'll move this issue there.
