Hey team,
I am Kaiwalya, Developer Advocate at Elestio. Elestio has been providing options of fully deploying and managing Docspell application as shown here. I think it would be a great idea if we can add it to official readme/documentation here.

hey @kaiwalyakoparkar thanks for the information, I didn't know about Elestio and that it provides hosting options for docspell. Very nice. I'd be fine with adding some links to the readme or docs, where we can mention that Elestio as a possible option for running Docspell.
