In particular Startropics 1 & 2!

We should add tests here for the Wii VC and possibly the NES Everdrive, PocketNES emulator, and Mega Everdrive Pro.

Note also the mention of the specific field in the iNES 2.0 header that allows this: hcs64/neon64v2#20 (comment)
