The system tray doesn't show up and is jumping around on my windows screen

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'System Tray'
2. Click on 'Click'
3. See error

I solved this issue by turning on the hidden icon menu switch in the system tray.
