[FEAT] Add width min-content to the fancy toolbar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when i try to close an app or minimize it or use any of the title bar buttons when I'm in full screen mode.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to be able to set the width of the root of the fancy toolbar to the min-content, this will empty the sides of any elements that could take the mouse clicks, if I have all my fancy toolbar buttons in the middle.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered to force doing this with the them css changes however, when I have the app installed from MS store it won't allow me to change the css file to do this at all.
