[BUG] Current window loses focus, unhiding the dock

Describe the bug
Window loses focus, leading to the dock unhiding and the top taskbar changes text as well.
Normally:

When the bug happens:

Problem is that not only it loses focus but clicking or interacting with the windows doesn't help, have to click on the taskbar and then in the window for it to behave properly.

To Reproduce
Happens usually when watching Youtube in default or theatre mode and away from keyboard or trackpad.

Edit : Happened just now while writing this issue, while typing, so i have no idea on what triggers it exactly.
