It would be great to have the ability to add or subtract individual tiles. A good example is the Russian promos, where you would be able to select two of the 4 tiles.
The current form of showing selected tiles by edge type is very good, additional option to separate them by expansion would also be useful.
Also, add-on elements do not have to be limited as they are during physical play.
For example, the bridges now are fixed at 12, during a six player game everyone gets two. A good option would be to be able to set their quantity manually (eg. in two players game 1 bridge each player, or in 6 players game 3 bridges each). Number of normal meeples could be adjustable to allow second abbot, and so on.

the fact is, you can already change meeple count manually in saved setup
