timeline for final board layout

• universal board for AD for ML and some other things
• layouts take 3 weeks to complete - start soon
• then once the order goes to the vendor, it should take less than 6 weeks
  • maybe get final board by March 1st

layout has not been released yet, bit it is close - will then get it maybe ~6 weeks after that.

Meeting recently - should get access to board here in the next couple of weeks. Start making revisions at that point and then send it out 4-6 weeks later (then get back 6 weeks later) - so get it back around March 1st

• AD team is having difficulty securing a test board for full shakedown of the ADCs
  • schedule impact is minimized because PCB layout work is continuing under the assumption the ADCs will be okay (low enough cross talk, etc.)
    • small risk we need to re-do layout and fix the ADCs if this turns out to be false
  • in the meantime, we have a devkit for the ADCs, so we can work on the associated code
