Flare 1.13 (at least) currently does not automatically override DPI settings. Resulting in a visual display bug for large scale (high resolutions) / 4K versions of video games running the Flare Engine (e.g Flare x 4).
I think there was an attempt to fix this DPI issue but it was initially unsuccessful / it became a complex tinkering issue. Currently there is an inconvenient work around to manually override the DPI setting for Windows. This is not intuitive and is clunky / a bad user experience to start playing a video game.
This issue is split off from the tail end of this older closed / solved issue to get large 128 x 128 pixel scale icons to get 'Flare x 4' started (for reference): flareteam/flare-game#879 (comment)
