Feature request :- Tile for black screen overlay

Add a new tile in the application so that when we click on it we get a black screen overlay, this way we can apply it in mobiles having AMOLED screen and can save a lot of battery.

How can this feature be useful:-

1. While listening to songs on Youtube
2. Large file is loaded on games etc.
