LWC Intellisense Improvements

Hello Salesforce Developers! As we gear up for the new year, we'd love to hear from y'all about your LWC development experiences.

What type of additional support are you looking for while developing your Lightning Web Components? Some areas we'll be prioritizing include:

• Upgrading the version of the LWC compiler to support the latest features of the LWC language
• Reflect changes from SFDX: Rename Component across all references
• Enhance autocomplete for @wire references
• Enhance autocomplete for @track references within html files
• Add support across all @salesforce scoped modules
