Fuel efficiency and emissions dashboard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I own a Ford Fiesta 2013 (UK), and I want to get more insight into fuel efficiency.

Describe the solution you'd like
A dashboard similar to DashCommand for fuel efficiency that displays MPG between set intervals.

I don't have much experience with the ODB / ELM standard, and I'm based in the UK so this information would be restricted to that. I would be interested in contributing this feature if it is possible for EU / UK cars, but I figured I'd make an issue and ask.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As mentioned, DashCommand, but its a closed-sourced subscription app that has recently had issues.
