[Feature Request ]Validate Endpoint: Allow localhost for creating endpoint

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I usually develop in my local machine, I want to be able to send event to local process without having to play around with docker network settings, just to avoid those heavy lifting.

Allow localhost and 127.0.0.1 for creating endpoint for dev env

Additional context

I'm sorry but i do not understand why is it prohibited.

Hey @sevensinjai, this is a design decision we made a long time ago. We recently implemented IP filters, so we'll be removing this limitation. Thanks for bringing it up, and I apologize for the friction this caused you.
