Create a learn in public snippet

Feature Request
Since I see this happening more and more often, we need a "we learn in public" sort of snippet. A reminder not to ask to dm people or asking to pair up. If people have questions, they can look back on past conversations.

Expected behavior
It would be listed in the apps, snippet section.

Additional context
I think we might need a feature request template on this repo.
