This occurs in IceHRM Pro 32.4.0 on premise.
Default Leave Period allows for 10 days leave.
I create a Leave Rule to set 15 days leave only if Experience (Days) is 1825 (5 years)
The rule does not apply, and Leaves only show as default 10 days.
If I set the Leave Rule for Experience = 1775 Days, the rule applies and the user sees 15 days leave.
Not sure why this is the case.
Is there another way to grant 10 days leave for staff <5 years and 15 days leave for staff >5 years?
Thanks
Nader
