Using this with my own MSc thesis now.

This will allow Thesis.pdf to be tracked for git, but only the newest version is saved instead of the whole history, so the repository size doesn't explode from numerous Thesis.pdf commits.

Too busy to do now, but will do once I hand in my MSc thesis.
