  • Code Generation for Fun & Profit
  • The talk is about how we used Java code generation to integrate Analytics tracking code into our Android and iOS apps. I talk about the technique we used to achieve accuracy and improve developer productivity by leveraging the Java compiler and Android Studio.
  • Java Poet, Language limitations and structuring the Java codebase for transpiling Java to Objective-C for use in Swift, J2OBJC.

@rjoncontract We have finalized all speakers for the I/O extended. We are switching to a weekly model of doing meetups. The next one should be in the next week after this weekend. I will keep you updated. We are also going to streamline the process of how we accept proposals for our meetups. For I/O Extended we wanted to have you take a session, thats why @rohanraarora asked you in the first place. But then we were short on time and we went with others who confirmed. We will see this is not repeated in the future and we apologize for this time.

We will update regarding the next one as well provide more context about how the selection for each meetup would proceed via a system.
