Describe the bug

I see a previous closed issue that says its resolved but it's still not working in the latest version 2.8.4. When i have contentHiddenWhenClosed="true" added, that element no longer expands when clicked.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click on above and try to expand. Then remove the contentHiddenWhenClosed attribute and it starts working fine.

Expected behavior

The trigger should still expand when the contentHiddenWhenClosed attribute is specified.

If anybody's looking for a temporary solution, downgrading to 2.8.1 fixes this issue.
