once i click on SAS Portal API library, it is showing 404.
Same issue for SAS Portal API (Testing) also

Not the java library, but doing a quick search on these terms I did notice 404 links as described in these places
"Browse the .NET reference documentation for the SAS Portal API (Testing)"
