How to properly connect a bot in parallel in this library and in the node-telegram-bot-api?

I need to use one bot with two libraries. But some kind of conflict regularly occurs and subscription events, subscription requests, admin changes, and so on stop coming to the node-telegram-bot-api. These events were not even in getUpdates. Today, events just stopped coming. There were no overloads or anything else.

The reissue of the bot token and the relaunch helped.
The reissue didn't help today. I also caught a 30-minute authorization timeout x_x (bot audience 400k per month).

Naturally, everything is worth it in getWebhookInfo.
