Partial Rolling Royalties

Idea: enhance current NFT royalty feature to allow option for partial rolling royalties

I am curious if it would be feasible to create a way where things like music, spoken word, theater, scientific publications, other publications could be minted as original work and not only receive proceeds from the initial sale and royalties from the future sale of the complete original work, but also perhaps partial royalties when portions of the original work may be directly quoted or used in a different person's creation.

I thought it would be neat if those purchasing the original NFT work could be more encouraged to also innovate and expand on top of the original work where a snowball affect in a way would allow partial royalties that would go to all participants in a rolling fashion to foster both creativity and community ownership in a way with everyone building something new on top of the original work.

People would have the option to sell the complete original as is, or sell a modified version with the opportunity to also then receive partial rolling royalties should someone else create upon their creation utilizing at least a portion of their original work and not just the original creators work with their own.

Example:

• Person A receives payment for sale of song NFT1 to Person B.
• Person B has options to 1) resell complete original NFT1 to Person C where Person B receives payment and Person A receives royalties on sale; or 2) Person B uses part of NFT1 in their creation of NFT2. NFT2 is sold to Person C where Person C receives payment, Person B receives royalties on sale, and Person A also receives partial royalties on sale based on percentage of original NFT1 utilized in NFT2.
