Format of FAT32 partition failes on mixed image

I have a mixed image - FAT32 + RDB (not created by hst.imager) and when trying to format the fat32 one with :

hst.imager.exe mbr part format e.vhd 1 "PC"

I get the error:

[11:00:15 ERR] Failed to execute command 'Hst.Imager.Core.Commands.MbrPartFormatCommand'
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I'm unfortunately too late responding to this issue as the download link no longer exists.

Can you provide a new image link or better steps how to reproduce the issue?
