Option to dump base & patched merged

There are certain games with redundant data in the patch, and would save 30GB+ by dumping them combined (aka like a remaster).
Would it be possible to add an option to dump the app+patch merged into a single CUSAxxxxx folder? Like the option vortex had in his usb dump payload:
0 - Do not split app and patch, dump into the CUSAxxxxx folder

Thank you for the excellent script. This is the only feature I think would be worth adding. Doing it with the usb dumper payload drives me nuts since the progress notifications don't pop-up.
