Similar to before_notify, users should be able to tap on the event being sent to Insights for last minute modifications.
The first use case would be to set/unset the requestId identifier in case it comes from a different medium (i.e. if AssignRequestId middleware is not enabled - honeybadger-io/honeybadger-laravel#148).
