Disclaimer: it's been long ago since I touched this code, and my code is an outdated and no longer maintained fork with a few patches on top of it, so I'm probably not the best person to answer this question.

I recommend trying the official HTML2PDF repo that is now available on GitHub: https://github.com/spipu/html2pdf
