Hey @ooopscc, You can find the log files under '~/Library/Logs/iGlance'. If there are any log files you can upload them here. This would help me to further investigate the issue. |
Confirmed. It works when Wi-Fi disabled. That's weird. |
Glad the issue was resolved. I am not quite sure why this happens and I don't know how to investigate this issue. |

I just noticed that this also happens for other apps. For me Microsoft Word is also not opening when having a really slow internet connection. |
Happened to me and workaround was to disable wifi. I am on Big Sur. |
Describe the bug🐛
can not open, it hangs.
No Dock icon bounces.
After a few seconds (maybe 10), it show on menubar, window show too, but just hangs, data not update. Colorful cursor spinning.
No any permissions request.
To Reproduce
just open it on my macOS.
Expected behavior
Open and update data in menu bar
