I get this message when i open Mail:

ReplyWithHeader v6.1 is currently not supported in your Locale[ (null)(English) ] it may not work as expected, so disabling it.
Please contact plugin author - https://github.com/jeevatkm/ReplyWithHeader/issues.

Do you have any solution?

Thank you @bsilvamm. Locale pt_PT is already supported by RWH. My guess is there might be a bug, I will analysis and address this issue in upcoming release.
